Reviewer Guide for Instagram workspace review

Apionics is an Instagram workspace for connected accounts, publishing workflows, manual inbox activity, analytics, audit logs, and data deletion. This page explains the current review scope, requested permission areas, and safe test flow.

Current review scope

Current live workspace

The current live scope is Instagram account connection, queued publishing, scheduling, post status tracking, workspace access controls, audit logs, basic workspace analytics, manual inbox activity, account health, and data deletion requests. Roadmap coverage is planned separately and is not presented as live.

Account connection transparency

  • The user chooses which Instagram Business account to connect.
  • Access depends on the permissions granted during the connection flow.
  • Apionics only displays functionality supported by the granted access.
  • The connection can be removed later from account controls where available and from connected account permission controls.

Suggested review flow

1

Sign in to Apionics

Open Sign in and use the reviewer account provided in the submission notes. The workspace opens to Overview so account status and next actions are visible.

2

Review the connected Instagram account

Open Accounts. Review the connected Instagram Business account row, status, and token health. If connecting a new account is part of the review, use the Connect Instagram button.

3

Open the unified inbox

Open Inbox. Use the All, New, and Replied filters to inspect conversation state. Open a thread to review manual team reply controls.

4

Draft a manual reply

In Inbox, choose a conversation, type a reply in the message field, and stop before Send unless a real reply is explicitly approved.

5

Prepare a post

Open Publish. Enter a post title and caption, choose media with Choose files, review the selected file, then use Next: Choose accounts.

6

Choose accounts

On the account-selection step, choose the connected Instagram account and stop before publishing or scheduling unless public posting is explicitly approved.

7

View publishing status

Open Posts and Schedules to inspect drafts, scheduled items, and status labels. These pages show publishing workflow state without requiring public posting.

8

View workspace activity

Open Audit logs to review workspace activity history for account changes, publishing workflow events, and review-relevant actions.
