• Social account IDs and access tokens (provided by you via platform OAuth)
• Message content and conversation metadata from connected platforms
• Post content, captions, and media you upload through the platform
• Account analytics data fetched from platform APIs
• Login credentials for dashboard access (username/hashed password)

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used solely to:

• Messaging features for connected social accounts
• Content publishing and scheduling across platforms
• Account insights and activity reporting
• Conversation and interaction management

3. Data Storage & Security

All data is stored securely and encrypted at rest. We do not share, sell, rent, or transfer your data to third parties for any purpose. Platform access tokens are stored securely and are only used to communicate with official platform APIs.

4. Data Deletion

You can request complete deletion of your account and all associated data at any time. Go to Settings → Data Deletion in the app, or email us at [email protected]. All data will be permanently removed within 30 days of your request.

5. Third-Party Services

We connect to official platform APIs using credentials you provide. Your use of connected platforms is also governed by their respective Privacy Policies and Terms of Service.
