Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using this application, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

2. Description of Service

Apionics is a workspace for connected social accounts. Instagram remains available with its existing tools. Where separately connected, YouTube, LinkedIn, and TikTok for Developers Native features allow you to:

• Prepare and schedule Instagram publishing workflows
• Coordinate manual inbox activity for connected Instagram accounts
• Synchronize comments on demand and use supported reply or moderation actions
• View analytics and insights for connected accounts
• Manage workspaces, teams, audit logs, and official permission-based account access
• Publish and manage YouTube videos, comments, playlists and available Analytics
• Publish text posts to a personal LinkedIn account
• When provider access is enabled, manage authorized Facebook Pages and separately connected Instagram accounts through supported publishing, engagement and insights tools
• When Google Business Profile access is enabled, manage selected business locations, updates, media, review replies, supported profile details and performance
• Use TikTok for Developers Native APIs to view authorized creator profile information and recent public videos, create video and photo Direct Posts, schedule a Direct Post, upload TikTok drafts for users to finish in TikTok, and review TikTok publication status

TikTok access depends on the scopes the creator grants, TikTok creator options, source-domain verification, and TikTok app review or audit restrictions. Users can schedule a Direct Post through Apionics after consenting to the exact creator, media, settings, and future send time; they can cancel before processing starts. A TikTok draft upload is not a publication and must be completed in TikTok. The current connection does not include TikTok API for Business, Business Messaging, comments, mentions, or TikTok One collaboration tools.

3. Instagram Platform Rules

You must comply with the terms and community guidelines of each Instagram account you connect. You are responsible for all content published through the workspace. By using Apionics's YouTube API Services features, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. YouTube API use is also subject to the YouTube API Services Terms of Service, including its Developer Policies.

TikTok Features and Content

When you use TikTok for Developers Native APIs, you authorize only the TikTok scopes you grant and remain responsible for the content, rights, disclosures, and audience settings you choose. TikTok may restrict Direct Post visibility or eligibility based on creator settings and the status of Apionics's TikTok app. TikTok draft uploads are completed in TikTok. You must comply with TikTok's applicable Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and content policies.

4. Acceptable Use

You must comply with the terms of service and community guidelines for every connected provider account.

You may not use the Service for spam, abusive behavior, unauthorized data access, or any unlawful activity.

Facebook and Instagram features depend on granted permissions, account eligibility and Meta review. Messenger replies must stay within the applicable messaging window. For Google Business Profile, manage only businesses you own or are authorized to represent; review replies and changes require the owner's authorization. Verification must be requested by the location owner. You remain responsible for notifying an end-client of administrative changes within 48 hours, independently of any Google notice. Apionics does not expose unattended administrative changes or automatic review replies through this integration.

5. Data and Privacy

We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data and can request deletion at any time.

6. Limitation of Liability

We strive to maintain reliable service availability, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. The Service is provided without warranty of any kind.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or applicable Instagram platform terms.
